Prime Acquisitions Group ('PAG', 'we', 'us') is a U.S.-based M&A advisory and technology firm operating primarily through primeacquisitionsgroup.com, dealmatchify.com, our Skool community, and our live trainings.

This policy covers all PAG properties and any interaction where you share information with us - the website, application forms, booking widgets, community, and direct engagements.

Information you submit - name, email, phone, LinkedIn, company, buy box or seller details, and anything else you provide through application forms, booking widgets, community posts, or email.

Automated information - standard server logs, cookies, device and browser data, referring page, pages viewed, and rough geolocation from IP for analytics and abuse prevention.

Third-party information - when you connect via a partner platform (Skool, GoHighLevel/CloseFirst booking, Google, LinkedIn), that partner may share basic profile and event data with us per their terms.

To respond to applications, book calls, deliver services, and staff engagements.

To operate the live trainings, community, and DealMatchify - including matching buyers and sellers on the platform.

To improve the site and content: analytics, aggregate reporting, testing, and product research.

To send transactional and opt-in marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in the footer of any email.

To meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations, including anti-fraud and KYC where applicable to a transaction.

Service providers we rely on to run the business: hosting (Lovable / Cloudflare), analytics, email delivery, CRM (GoHighLevel / CloseFirst), scheduling, community platform (Skool), payment processors, and legal/accounting counsel. Each is bound by contract and confidentiality.

Counterparties in an active deal - only the information reasonably needed to advance that specific transaction, and only after you've engaged us.

Legal requirements - subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, users, and the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

Our directory lists businesses for sale without naming them. Each opportunity shows a PAG listing ID and the details the seller has approved for public viewing. Company names, seller contacts, and exact locations stay private and are shared only with your permission, or when you are an approved party in an active conversation.

Information you send through a listing inquiry (your name, email, what you are looking for, and the listing you are asking about) goes to our team and, where relevant, to the seller's representative, so the right person can respond.

We use AI systems to answer inquiries quickly, qualify and route leads, organize deal materials, and support outreach. Those tools run on our infrastructure and on vendor platforms under confidentiality terms. Decisions that materially affect you, including whether a deal moves forward, are made by people, not by a model.

We use first- and third-party cookies for essential site function, session persistence, analytics, and marketing attribution. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site will not work correctly without them.

We retain personal information as long as needed to operate the relationship, meet legal and tax obligations (generally up to 7 years for financial records), and defend legal claims. Beyond those windows we delete or anonymize.

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and EU/UK residents under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your information, and to object to certain uses.

To exercise a right, email privacy@primeacquisitionsgroup.com from the address on file. We respond within the timeframe required by law.

We use industry-standard technical and administrative controls - encrypted transport (HTTPS), scoped access to production data, and vendor review - but no system is perfectly secure. If you suspect a security issue, email security@primeacquisitionsgroup.com.

PAG is a professional M&A platform. It's not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
