I'm Billy Batt, your go-to guy in the realm of transformative entrepreneurship. As the co-founder of Prime Acquisitions Group, we set ourselves apart in the online business flipping sector not merely as brokers, but as true revitalizers and innovators of digital enterprises.
Unlike typical brokers who might handle 2 to 6 deals annually, our dynamic team at Prime Acquisitions Group moves that volume every single month. Beyond flipping businesses, I am an active partner at Aquilend Capital Fund, where we are laser-focused on nurturing and scaling avant-garde business models with strategic investments.
Hung
Hung Nguyen is a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in real estate and a proven track record of success across diverse industries.
Having operated more than 50 companies, he specializes in scaling businesses from six figures to multiple eight figures in revenue. With a strategic mindset and a commitment to operational excellence, Hung leverages best practices to optimize efficiency and drive sustained growth, positioning himself as an integration leader in the business world.
Anthony
Anthony brings nearly 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, beginning his career at AIG and later joining Munich Reinsurance America. At Munich Re, he advanced through senior roles in financial analysis, underwriting, and strategic initiatives, including Strategic Financial Solutions Leader, Venture Consultant, and Financial Partner, building deep expertise in property and casualty insurance and operational strategy.
He later served as VP and Director of FP&A & Treasury at Sigma7, a private equity-backed risk services platform, where he gained hands-on experience scaling PE-backed businesses through M&A and delivering integrated risk solutions to global organizations. Anthony holds a BS in Finance from Rider University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Accountancy from Rutgers University.
He is the Founder of Work Together Advisors, a fractional CFO practice supporting business owners from growth through exit with financial leadership and transaction-ready reporting.
